WHO it’s for. Knowing who your copy is for is obvious, but commonly overlooked.

WHAT are they looking for? What is the person you’re writing to looking for? If you sell flowers, are they just looking for flowers or are they looking for a way to make someone in their life happy? Knowing this will help you craft copy that resonates deeper.

WHY do they love (or not love) their current solution? By reading reviews on competitor sites you can discover what people love or don’t love about their current solution.
