Improving a Maritime company's content marketing strategy

I chose to build the website on WordPress. Because the client had mentioned that they had a PDF newsletter they’d send out every month. I recommended that instead of sending this as a PDF. Use it as content that would help people find them through Google. Breaking up the newsletter into bite sized articles. These would get consumed over time.

Training the team on using the site

I trained the International Register of Shipping’s marketing team. Teaching them to make updates as needed to the site. I also showed them best practices when it came to creating content for their blog.

A site built with search engines in mind

I built the site with 20+ pages to help rank highly within search engines like Google. Ranking us as a more relevant authority in the Maritime space. Most maritime sites were pretty basic and had 5-10 pages of basic info. Not us, we went deep on each service that we offered. Making sure to create more helpful content that others in our market.
