Meeting with the team

I met with the whole Chik-Fil-A team to understand their challenges. Then I presented opportunities they had with social media. During my research, I discovered that there are over one million Google searches for “Chik-Fil-A sauce. This led me to create an Instagram campaign around the beloved CFA cow & sauce.

Taking advantage of location tags

I made sure to take advantage of location tags on Instagram & Live on FaceBook. Creating the first ever Chik-Fil-A FaceBook Live show was a win. It raised the whole teams enthusiasm for what they do.
