Improved logo & branding

I designed Renocraft’s logo, fonts, colors & icons to give it a cohesive look. This reflected the level of class & craftsmanship customers could expect from their work.

Increased web traffic

Since redesigning the site, the website traffic has increased without any advertising. I positioned Renocraft as a local Charlotte, NC builder by creating pages & copy that would lend itself to good SEO.

Simple sales call booking

Sales calls used to be a back & forth text or email with clients to find a time that works. I added a booking module to allow potential customers to schedule a time for them to connect with Renocraft.

Position Renocraft as the local expert for residential renovations in the Charlotte, NC area.

Build a WordPress website that housed a collection of our sortable products. Updating their Google local listing to reflect their correct address. Helping their demographic (50+) find their physical location.

How I built a site to drive local leads for a renovation expert.

Automating the booking process with Acuity

Renocraft has a small team. I suggested that we use a booking app. I installed Acuity on the homepage to make it simple for potential clients to book a free intro call with the team. Once a call gets booked, a reminder & calendar invite gets sent. Both to the Renocraft sales team and the potential client. This prevents double booking. Plus, frees up the sales team to continue to find new opportunities.

Using video to stand out from other local builders

I met Steve & his partner at a local breakfast shop for coffee here in Charlotte, NC. We talked about their recent growth & how this site could be the unlock for even more growth. I recorded a video of Steve speaking to his potential customers. This was something that we didn’t see across other local builder sites that we did to stand out.

Built with local SEO in mind

Since Renocraft is a local builder, I knew that getting found first is key. We made sure to create key landing pages for every service that they offered. Also being sure to include Charlotte, NC in the copy to let Google know that we were local. I didn’t try any unethical SEO practices as those never last. Instead, I wrote good copy that is helpful. Increasing the time people spend on site which sends a good signal to Google that we’re a good site.
